So I have been packing, labelling up clothes (feels like school) and trying to get all those last minute jobs down. My work have been so accommodating allowing me to get to do this. How lucky am I?….. very I know. It’s been a bit of a slog to get here… interviews, training over this year but I hope to be able to share my journey, some thoughts and photos and videos (internet allowing) with my nearest and dearest. To all of you who have put up with me keeping on about the Antarctic… you know who you are… the highs and lows of life and the support of special friends and family who have help me with all sorts, thank you so much!  Alex and Iz you are my pride and joy. OK so both parents are away for Christmas, some may negligent I say you can do this for sure…. look in top of freezer for Xmas dinner stuff!!

Next post I think might be from Ushuaia, oh my… many years since I last went there, I found an old photo when Jackie, Bella and myself looked at Ushuaia and wondered where we had arrived what were we doing arriving in a place where saw a house being  drag down the main road with a tractor… I think things will have changed…..
